Barry O’Sullivan Partner Principle
Barry has a background in Big Four Accounting having trained with Ernst & Young. It was in this time in Big Four Accounting in 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic, Barry began proving support to small business clients privately. Having developed his trade in large and small practice accounting firms, Barry took a financial role in an international healthcare solutions business, whilst also building the Courtstown Financial Services business in the evenings and weekend. In December 2023, Barry realised his vision of founding a financial services and accounting firm and went full time with the Courtstown business.
Barry has a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from University College Cork, a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a registered auditor.
His interest outside of work are the study of history, all things sport, being out in nature, health & fitness and a healthy obsession with the game of hurling!
Niamh Joyce Secretary & Office Manager
Niamh is a trained clinical nurse manager with a talent for organisation. Niamh began working with Courtstown in 2023 and runs our office (with military precision!).
Niamh is often the point of contact for client queries, having lot of experience working through challenges and queries in her role.
Louise O’SullivanAdministration and Bookkeeper
Louise is a trained travel agent who took a career break in 2001 to raise her family. Since coming back to workforce, Louise has reskilled in bookkeeping and accounting organisation and provides support to our clients by way of invoice processing, bookkeeping maintenance and operational support to the business.
Louise loves spending time with her family, coffee with friends and traveling to warm weather locations for a bit of down time and relaxation.
